Stir Fry recipe

Tonight I made stir fry for dinner and it was sooooo yummy! Here is a step-by-step guide of how I make beef stir fry.

1. Start by cutting up raw, thawed steak and putting it in a pan with some cooking oil.
2. Chop up some onion and put it in the pan with the beef, and brown.
3. While the steak and onion are browning, chop up some green pepper, broccoli, and carrots.
4. Start cooking up some rice or chow mein noodles to put the stir fry on.
5. Once the steak is cooked, season it and the onions with seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt, and a touch of cayenne pepper. Add some more oil and quite a bit of soy sauce.
6. Add the rest of the vegetables and mix up. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes.
7. Stir occasionly until the rice is cooked. The stir fry should be pretty close to being done. If not, keep it covered stirring occasionly and adding more oil, spices and soy sauce as needed.
8. When the carrots are done, everything else will be done so you can spoon the stir fry onto the rice or noodles. Add more soy sauce if you want to and enjoy hot.
